Sort Mania Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SWFN Studio (“SWFN Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sort Mania, our Android color-sort puzzle game.
This Privacy Policy explains how SWFN Studio (“SWFN Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sort Mania, our Android color-sort puzzle game.
It covers information handled by the app, the Unity Ads SDK, Android backup, notifications, and user-initiated sharing. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
Sort Mania does not currently require a SWFN Studio account and does not include our own analytics or crash-reporting SDK. If those features are added, this policy and the app's Play Store disclosures will be updated before or when they become active.
Completed levels, stars, daily challenge history and streaks, current or saved puzzle state, onboarding progress, and campaign progress.
Coin balance, booster inventory, cosmetic ownership and selection, reward limits, and recent in-app coin transaction history.
Sound, music, haptics, reduced-motion, theme, daily-reminder, and related gameplay settings.
Depending on your choices, device, and applicable law, Unity Ads may process consent or opt-out signals, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, ad impressions, video views, clicks or taps within ads, app usage timing, and SDK or device diagnostics.
The current version has no active real-money checkout or Google Play Billing integration. Coins, boosters, and cosmetics currently operate as local in-game data.
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide.
We do not ask for your name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera content through normal Sort Mania gameplay.
Sort Mania stores game progress and preferences in private app storage. The current app configuration allows selected progress and preference files to participate in Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Depending on your device and Google backup settings, Google may store a backup associated with your device or Google account and restore it on a compatible device. Google protects backups with Google Account credentials; end-to-end encryption based on a device screen lock is available only on supported Android versions and configurations.
You can manage Android backup through device settings. Clearing Sort Mania's storage or uninstalling it removes the local copy, but an Android backup may remain under Google's retention rules and could later be restored. Resetting progress inside the app changes the relevant local game records but does not control copies already held by independent service providers.
The app displays interstitial ads after eligible gameplay events and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded-ad benefit is granted only after the Unity Ads SDK reports successful completion. Unity and its advertising partners may process ad impressions and interactions, IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app usage timing, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, detect fraud, maintain security, and personalize advertising where permitted.
Unity Ads may present its own privacy or consent interface where required. Depending on your region, you may be able to consent, decline consent, or opt out of targeted advertising or certain data processing. Choosing contextual or limited ads may reduce personalization but does not necessarily remove ads or processing required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, and basic delivery.
Unity explains its practices and available privacy controls in the Unity Privacy Policy and Unity Ads privacy documentation. You can also manage or reset the Android advertising identifier and related ad settings through your device or Google settings where available.
When you choose to share the app or a game result, Sort Mania creates plain text and opens Android's share sheet. Nothing is sent until you choose a destination app. The selected app then handles the shared content under its own policy.
Opening this page sends ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, browser/device details, requested URL, and time of request, to the website host and content providers needed to serve the page, including the externally hosted fonts and images used by this site.
Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of a contract (delivering the game), consent (certain personalized advertising), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.
Because the current app has no SWFN Studio account or gameplay server, we generally cannot identify or remotely delete game progress stored only on your device. You can remove it using the app's reset option, Android's Clear storage control, or uninstall. For support correspondence or information processed by an independent provider, contact us or the relevant provider; verification may be required.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing; or appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
To submit a request, email us using the contact details below. We may ask for reasonable verification. Authorized agents should provide proof of authority where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through a SWFN Studio account because the app has no such account. Advertising and store services may process limited device or transaction information as described above. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information to us may contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Age thresholds and parental-consent rules vary by country. Distribution settings, ad treatment, and consent configuration should be used consistently with the age group selected for Sort Mania in Google Play Console.
Sort Mania relies on Android private app storage, access controls, and reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information handled. Unity states that data collected by the Unity Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Website connections are intended to use HTTPS. No device, transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Unity, advertising providers, Google, hosting services, and other processors may handle information in countries other than yours. Where required, providers and SWFN Studio use recognized safeguards for international transfers, subject to applicable law and each provider's terms.
We may revise this policy to reflect changes to Sort Mania, providers, advertising, legal requirements, or data practices. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
